Ramakrishna Reddy

Ramakrishna is the founder and the overall head of Manthan International School and is primarily responsible for its strategy, philosophy and value system, and makes sure that the learning environment is created in the best possible way every day in every class for every child.

Ramakrishna has done his M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He worked with LIC of India for a few years before joining IIM (A). After his MBA, he co-founded Fractal in 2000, an analytics firm in Mumbai and grew it to a leading position in the global analytics space. He moved back to Hyderabad in early 2009 and has since been involved in establishing and running Manthan with a lot of passion.

He would like to bring about innovative methodologies in teaching to make learning fun, relevant and impactful. He wants to keep the broader social perspective alive while running the school as a professional institution. He teaches students of 11th and 12th Global Perspectives and Business Studies.
